  • Are your courses approved for continuing education (CE) credit?

    Yes, TelebehavioralHealth.US, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: 6/28/2025-6/28/2028. If you have any questions about the CE's offered through the ASWB in supporting your professional CE requirements, please contact your licensing board.

  • What do I need to do to earn CE credit?

    To receive CE credit, participants must: Attend the full session (for live webinars) or complete all required modules (for on-demand courses) Participate in course activities as applicable Complete the required course evaluation These requirements ensure compliance with ACE standards and support meaningful learning outcomes.

  • When will I receive my certificate?

    You can expect your certificate to be delivered within a reasonable processing timeframe following course completion.

  • What is the format of your courses?

    Telebehavioral Health US offers both: Live, interactive webinars that include real-time discussion, polling, and Q&A Self-paced, on-demand courses that allow you to complete training on your schedule The format is clearly indicated on each course page so you know exactly what to expect.

  • What if I’m unable to attend a live webinar?

    If you are unable to attend a scheduled live training, options may be available depending on the course, such as transferring to a future session or accessing alternative formats. Details are provided at the time of registration.

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?

    Refund eligibility is course-specific and is determined by the format and delivery method of the continuing education activity. Refund terms applicable to a course are disclosed on the course registration page and are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Cancellations must be received in advance of the scheduled training to be eligible for a refund. Because live trainings require planning and resource allocation, refunds may not be available after the stated cancellation window.

  • Will these courses be accepted in my state?

    Most states recognize ACE-approved providers; however, licensing requirements vary. We recommend confirming acceptance with your state licensing board if you have specific questions.

  • Who are your instructors?
